Apple Support

We've tested the apps thoroughly and know they're working correctly on the various different combinations of Apple software and hardware, however a couple of issues can arise.

There could have been a glitch when you downloaded. In order to resolve this issue please delete the app from your device, then restart the device before syncing with iTunes to ensure you have the most up to date operating system, reinstall the app and then try launching it and/or purchasing the inapp purchase again. Please note that Apple have changed their policy so that users are now required to use the same iTunes account that they purchased the app with in order to purchase any in-app items. Make sure you're using a strong wifi connection, we've kept the files at a high quality, so they're quite large.

If this doesn't help it may be that there is not enough memory in your phone to download and store the audios and may cause the app to crash. In this case you would need to delete some files from your phone in order to make space.

How do I get an app on my iPhone or iPod Touch?

Once the app is downloaded from the App Store, either connect your iPhone or iPod Touch to your computer and download it using iTunes or alternatively download it directly from your iPhone using the integrated App Store feature.

I accidentally deleted my copy of the application. Can I get it back without paying?

To redownload the application to your iPhone, iPod touch, or computer: Make sure you are signed in with the same account used for the original purchase. Locate the application and click the "Buy app" button or tap the price on the device. A prompt will appear - "You have already purchased this item. To download it again for free select OK". Click OK to continue with the download.

I have downloaded the app but I'm having trouble launching the app?

If you are having problems launching a newly purchased application from iTunes then try following troubleshooting steps outlined by Apple - "Troubleshooting applications purchased from the App Store"

I'm having problems with transferring files?

Several of our iPhone apps allow you to upload or download a file from your iPhone onto your computer. First make sure you are connected to you home Wi-Fi network. If you are not connected the app will display a "Not Connected" message on the Wi-Fi sync page in the app. Once connected, simply a web browser on your Mac or PC and visit the web address e.g. http://192.168.34.7:8080. Please make sure you enter the exact web address and include the http:// prefix.

I have successfully uploaded a video but it now won't play?

All our applications that play videos use the integrated video player in the iPhone SDK. This means that the app will only play iPod compatible videos. You may need to use a third-party software on your desktop computer to convert the video file so that it is playable on the iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch.

The application keeps crashing - how do I fix it?

Try restarting the iPhone or iPod Touch. If the app crashes again remove the application and try reinstalling it.

Step 1: Restarting the device

To turn it off, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the red slider appears. Slide your finger across the slider to turn off iPhone. To turn iPhone on, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.

Step 2: Removing an app from the device

Press and hold the iPhone application icon until it starts to wiggle. Press the "X" in the corner of the icon and confirm deletion in the window that appears.

Step 3: Reinstalling a purchased application

Simply reconnect your device to your computer via USB and use iTunes to re-sync your app.

I can't hear any sound. What's wrong?

All of our iPhone apps are thoroughly tested before we submit them to Apple so the most likely reason for no sound is that you have the "Silent" switch on. The "Silent" switch is located on the left side of the phone. If you are still unable to hear any sound then please make sure you have the volume set to max using the volume toggles below the "Silent" switch.

1) Click on "Settings"
2) Select "General"
3) Select "About"
4) Please let us know which "Version" of the operating system you're using eg: 4.2.1 and which "Model" you own eg: iPhone 3G, 3GS or 4 and same for iPods plus the model number eg. MC131B

Also make sure you include the name of the app you are having problems with. We're sorry you're experiencing difficulties but guarantee to resolve the issue to your satisfaction asap.

Android Support

The ability for your application to install on the external storage is a feature available only on devices running API Level 8 (Android 2.2) or greater.

1. On Android 2.2 or greater version the installer will install by default on the sdcard.

2. If an sdcard is not available or there is low memory space on the sdcard , then the installer will install automatically on the phone memory.

3. Move-To-SdCard and Move-To-Phone options are available on Android 2.2 or greater version.

You can move an installed installer to the sdcard/phone memory.

4. Below Android 2.2 version the installer will install on phone memory by default. In this case you will never see Move-To-SdCard and Move-To-Phone options.

FAQs

I accidentally deleted my copy of purchased package.

You only need to purchase the package once on your phone. Once the package is purchased you will find the same package with the option 'Free' so you can re-download it.

I have downloaded the video/audio but the android player gives error "This video can't play"

If there is a network connection problem while downloading this may cause file corruption. Corrupted files can not be played in player.

In this case please delete the package/file again and re-download the same.

I have purchased the package, restarted the application still it is not downloading file automatically?

Method 1:

Go to online available packages by clicking on the "Download More.." button from the application home page.

Search for the package name that you have purchased, and click on the 'Download' button for that package, it will start downloading process

Method 2:

If you still get the "Buy" button after purchasing the package please contact us with the following information:

1. The Google Checkout receipt mail that you received after purchasing the package. 2. Your Device Id.

Please take the following precautions while downloading the package/audio/video:

1. Please open the application regularly and check the downloading status, if minimized, while downloading.

2. Please make sure that your phone has enough battery to complete the downloading process. As the file size may be above 25 Mb so it requires more battery while downloading. The downloading process will break up if the phone gets switched off due to low battery.

3. Please mount your sdcard before downloading. As every audio/audio/package will directly download into SDCard .

4. Check your internet connection, internet speed should be high as much as possible before downloading.
