Biography
Clifford White is an award-winning composer, recording artist and producer whose uplifting, inspiring and healing music has enabled millions worldwide to experience the benefits of deep relaxation and inner peace.
Clifford pioneered the UK new age music movement in the mid 1980's with his massive hit Ascension, a gentle and serene album revered for its calming and healing qualities. In the ensuing years, Clifford further perfected his craft and ran a professional recording studio in London where he produced both established and emerging new age acts. Clifford eventually clocked up writer and producer credits on more than 26 albums for numerous record labels in the UK and worldwide.
Clifford is best known for producing a style of instrumental music in which fuses electronic, progressive, ambient, jazz, world and orchestral music into his own unique signature sound. To date he has produced 11 solo albums, each with their own style and mood: from the epic themes and sweeping soundtracks of The Gods Of Olympus and Atlantis; the Latin-jazz influenced Twilight Paradise; the powerful and percussive Myths of the Rock; the gentle and richly relaxing Revelation and Aqua. Clifford enjoys surprising his audience and as a result he is widely respected in the genre for producing quality albums that are each original works and unique in content.
Clifford's most recent album Atlantis has recently been voted the No 1 New Age Music Album of 2010.
